bumGenius Freetime All-In-One One-Size Snap Closure Cloth Diaper - Genius Series - Lovelace Reviews

bumGenius Freetime All-In-One One-Size Snap Closure Cloth Diaper - Genius Series - Lovelace reviews from buyers.

Love these!
We have used BG 4.0's and have loved the fit and leak protection, but hate the stuffing. The free time gives all the good with none of the bad. Love the fit, NO leaks, and NO stuffing. My husband loves these too. I am buying twelve of these to put into our rotation for baby #2. The extra couple of dollars these cost compared to the 4.0s is more than made up for in the time saved. We use flushable diaper liners to avoid having to swish or spray in the toilet. These would be a pain to scrape, swirl, or spray.

FABULOUS diaper... LOVE them! Makes CD'ing EASY!
BumGenius Freetime diapers are absolutely great and best cloth diapers. I have BumGenius 4.0, Rump A Roos, FuzzyBuns, Kiwi Pie, and Happy Heiny's... these are my favorite diapers. I've been using them for over 2 months, and they have never once leaked (whereas I can tell you for a fact that the others have leaked).

Freetime diapers have 2 layers of stay-dry absorbent cloth that do NOT come apart from the diaper - You can fold them however you want into the inside of the diaper. The cloths are THE BEST part of the diaper. There is no stuffing involved (like pocket diapers), and they have the same great and best cloth diaper qualities that the regular BG 4.0's have.

Anyway, long story short- these are great. Some people have written that they are too bulky... but if thats the case, then just use them for an overnight dipe!

UPDATE!!: I have been using these cloth diapers for 4 months now, and they are still my favorite. So convenient!! I'm a working mom, so when my baby lays down for the...

I Wanted to Love It.
I have twin boys, and a lot of cloth diapers. When the Bumgenius "Freetime" came out, I was very excited. I immediately bought some, but I have to say that they have become the diaper that I shuffle to the bottom of my stash. They are so cute, especially with the "Albert" pattern, but I just can't get them to function reliably. What I love about this cloth diaper is best and that it has the sturdy snaps that are common on BG diapers, and because the absorbent material is sewn into place, there isn't any extra bulk in the tummy area, under the snaps. That makes for a great fit around the waist. However, those sewn in "flaps" have caused me so much disappointment. Firstly, there are openings in the flaps. I don't own a diaper sprayer, so I have to dunk and swish, which wouldn't be a problem... except that solids can get into the opening on the flap. That's pretty gross. I also have some lint that keeps building up in there, that I have to pick out. I've never had that problem with a diaper...
