Thirsties Diaper Cover with Hook and Loop, Aqua, X-Small Reviews

Thirsties Diaper Cover with Hook and Loop, Aqua, X-Small reviews from buyers.

I like the Duo Wrap better
The size x-small was getting to tight for my baby so I ordered the size small. It looks huge on her and in order to get a good fit I have to tighten the velcro. When she sits up for bends her legs in it digs into her belly.
The Thirstie Duo wrap in size one with the snaps is much better for her right now at about 12 lbs.
I do not like the velco versions, they are very stiff and limit how much the baby can move.

Really wanted to like the aplix, but..
But the reviews are true, the velcro wears out. Fast. It also doesn't hold as well as the snap/button closures, and it ismuch bulkier than the snap closure-types.
It is perfectly waterproof, so no harm there.. but as far as cloth diapering goes it is very bulky as-is and I prefer to keep things trim as possible. I love thirsties brand, as well as a few others but as far as all covers go- I wish I had stuck to the snap closures instead of investing in the velcro styles.

IMO- aplix/velcro looks easier and cuter, but I don't like wasting money. I feel I wasted more money on aplix than snaps. But go thirsties!! Good brand. (:

Nice Diaper Cover
I really liked the old Thirsties diaper covers and have been using them for 2 years. When these new ones were issued, I was worried that the quality would be compromised. In all honesty, I don't notice any difference between these and the old ones. I took away one star because they did leave a mark on my 2 year old's leg that took at least a week to go away. It was a small bruise caused by a piece of the closure rubbing against his leg as he walked, but I don't know if it was bunching up because of the prefolds I use (osocozy) or because of my son's current size. I'm going to try putting a bandaid on his leg in that spot to protect him. Overall, it's a good, durable product.

Thirsties Diaper Cover with Hook and Loop, Aqua, X-Small is one of the best cloth diapers from Thirsties.
