The best!

I wanted to try many brands of cloth diapers so that I would not be stuck with one type that does not work. I tried AIO Bumpkins - horrible (they leak). And the rest where all pocket like these (Bumgenius, DiaperSafari, Hero, Blueberry, and these). These are the best! I'm so glad I have 6 of them. I want to purchase more but feel silly doing so when I already have 20 diapers between the different brands. These are thinner and yet the most absorbent. They are easy to put on and take off. The inserts go in easily. Pretty much the easiest to use and fit my son the best. I should note that we started using cloth at 6 weeks. Also, if you are using disposables, these fit more like a Pampers and not like a Huggies. The other brands fit more like Huggies. Our son is tall (64 percentile) and thin (24th percentile) and these ALVA baby diapers are prefect. Another note, these took almost 2 months to come in because they came directly from China.

Soft, dry and easy!

I was sorry to read about the experience the other reviewer had posted, but these cloth diapers seemed such a good price and other reviews on other sites were good, so I decided to give it a go. I'm an Amazon Prime member and received 2-day shipping. They arrived on time with all 6 covers and 12 inserts.

The covers are easy to use and definitely stay dry on the outside. The inserts are soft and absorbent. I even use them over night! My baby's bottom doesn't get irritated with them! They are also easy to wash/dry. They also fit nicely in the diaper bag as they aren't very bulky compared to other cloth diapers. They aren't as bulky on baby's bottom, either.

I have a full set of hemp prefolds and upcycled wool covers from my other two children - these cloth diapers were not on the market back then. If they had been, this would be the only thing I would buy/use. I highly recommend them to anyone considering cloth.

Keeps his skin dry!
I was a little nervous to try these. They are made in China and are remarkably affordable, which made me think they would not be of good quality. On the contrary, they have quickly become my favorite cloth diapers, and I have ordered six more. The suede cloth interior really does wick the moisture away from my son's skin so that his skin stays dry even when the inserts are drenched. I use two inserts in each diaper, and they have never leaked like the Kushies, Little Monsters, or flats with Thirsties Duo Wrap Snaps have. The hip snaps keep the sides from sliding out of alignment like the Trend Lab diapers do. It's a lot easier to get the poop off of these (and other pocket diapers) with the diaper sprayer than to get the poop off of folded flats, prefolds, and Kushies with their annoying "Patented built in flap."
