Thirsties One Size Pocket Diaper Snap, Polka Dance Reviews

Thirsties One Size Pocket Diaper Snap, Polka Dance reviews from buyers.

Too long to dry
When I first got this cloth diaper I LOVED IT! Until I washed it... I washed it and dried it with my other pocket diapers (I unsnapped the small insert from the large one to make sure they would dry faster). Put everything in the dryer for 20 minutes on hot. All of my diapers and the small insert were dry, but the large (cotton-like insert) was still damp. I thought that air-drying overnight would be enough, but NO! It took a total of 20 minutes on hot in the dryer and over 24 hours air drying for the large insert to be completely dry.

great one size pocket
I loved my thirsty all in ones until they started to stink and I couldn't strip them properly due to being an all in 1. He quickly grew out of the size ones and instead of replacing with the next size I decided to go to the one size pockets. I'm glad I did. They are very absorbent and have contained several nasty breast fed blow outs (you know the ones where he hasn't gone in several days and they lets it all out at once). I can separate the inserts and wash them much better than the all in 1. The hemp insert is much more absorbent and combined with the microfiber actually makes a good night time diaper. Plus the sitter really doesn't mind using these cloth diapers as compared to the fitteds with covers.

Great for my toddler
I have used many other Thirsties products and I was very interested to see how the One Size diaper would work. I have both the Aplix and snap version and I am very happy to see how strong the new version of Aplix is, as well as durable. I have been using them for a few months now and the Aplix shows no sign of wear. The snap version has two in-line snaps that keep the top secure, as well as a better fit for older babies. My baby is 1.5 years old, and 22 pounds and she will be able to wear this cloth diaper for a very long time, most likely past potty training age. I can also use this cloth diaper as an overnight diaper, without having to add any additional inserts! I love that the inserts can also be customized, I believe this would work well for a little boy that needed additional absorbency in the front without the added bulk of a doubled insert.

The One Size also has the double gusset, a feature I love for babies, especially breastfed ones! They do a great job of containing mess...

Thirsties One Size Pocket Diaper Snap, Polka Dance is one of the best cloth diapers from Thirsties.
